Lawyers for the former WWE boss filed documents Tuesday in a Connecticut federal court that claim Janel Grant would visit him “at all hours, including at 2:30 a.m., to pursue their affair and then return back to her condominium” which she shared with her fiance, attorney Brian Goncalves, the New York Post reports.

McMahon and Grant lived several floors apart in the Park Tower Stamford, a luxury 36-storey condo building in Stamford, Conn.

However, Grant’s lawyer responded to McMahon’s court filing, saying the couple had called off their engagement and Goncalves “allowed her to stay in the apartment as she rebuilt her life.”

“Vince McMahon has never known a storyline that he doesn’t twist to fit his own shameful narrative,” Ann Callis told the Post.

McMahon also alleges that Grant lied about several aspects of her life, including making up a story that she devoted years to “around-the-clock caregiving” of her dying parents and had financial struggles when they first met.

Tuesday’s filing says Grant was not taking care of her father because he was living in a senior home before he died, while her mother died in 2017 — two years before Grant met McMahon.

However, Callis said Grant’s father was living out his final days at an in-home hospice “where Janel continued to care for him around the clock.”

“Prior to his death, she had been caring for her blind, wheelchair-bound mother. Using the grief of someone who lost both of her parents is an all new level of disgusting,” Callis said.

Grant, who worked at WWE headquarters in Stamford between June 2019 and March 2022, claimed she signed a non-disclosure agreement in 2022 worth $3 million, but was only paid $1 million.

In her statement of claim filed in late January, she alleged McMahon defecated on her head during a threesome and sex trafficked her to other WWE executives.

The lawsuit also claimed McMahon used sex toys on Grant that he named after wrestlers and that it caused her injuries.

McMahon resigned from WWE-parent TKO Group Holdings following Grant’s lawsuit.
