HOW TO PLAY SHILLONG LOTTERY?
- The Teer game consists of two rounds, each lasting two minutes.
- In the first round, skilled archers shoot 30 arrows, while in the second round, they shoot 20.
- Players place bets on the number of arrows that will hit the target, selecting a number between 0 and 99.
- Accurate predictions in both rounds earn rewards.
- Lottery tickets, sold exclusively by authorised vendors, are priced between Rs 1 and Rs 50.
In the Shillong Teer lottery, the winning amount is determined by both the bet size and the accuracy of the player’s prediction. For example, a successful Rs 1 bet in the first round can yield Rs 80, while a correct Rs 1 bet in the second round offers Rs 60.
If a player correctly predicts both rounds with a Rs 1 wager, they can win up to Rs 4,000. Alongside Shillong Teer, other Teer lotteries like Khanapara, Jowai and Ladrymbai Teers are also held across Meghalaya.
