Debenhams has significantly reduced the price of a Clarins beauty advent calendar in their January sales. Although it’s too late to use it for its traditional purpose, it could be a savvy purchase for those looking to prioritise skincare in 2025. The Clarins 12 Day Women’s Advent Calendar, originally priced at £95, boasts products worth over £162, including both full-sized and travel-friendly items from the brand.
With the festive season now behind us, several retailers have discounted the calendar, with Debenhams offering it for just £57 – a saving of 40% on the original price and over £105 on the total value. Meanwhile, John Lewis is selling it for £66.50, and it remains at £95 on the Clarins website. At the Debenhams price, each product in the calendar equates to just £4.75.
What’s more, the value of just two products covers the cost of the entire haul, effectively making the remaining ten items ‘free’. This includes the Beauty Flash Balm 50ml, worth £38 alone, and the popular Lip Comfort Oil 01 honey, which typically costs beauty enthusiasts £25.
On the Debenhams website, the calendar has received a 4.7-star rating, with customers expressing their newfound love for Clarins, reports OK!. One shopper shared: “First time ever I have bought a Clarins advent calendar. A mixture of face and body gifts. Really enjoyed opening each box in the morning. I will definitely buy one next year. I am now converted to Clarins skincare.”
Another customer said: “My wife loves this product! It has a full sized beauty flash balm (her favourite) and along with all the other products, turned out to be a total win for her and me being in her good books.”
One shopper expressed disappointment with a three-star review, stating: “Why 12 days, advent has 24. I’m using mine for the twelve days of Christmas!” However, most customers have been impressed with the value, with one writing: “Great range, very useful for traveling or taking with me to swimming pool. Nice packing, like always. Bought for myself as a treat, while it was on sale and I also used my reward voucher.”
