Bill Belichick’s May-December romance with former cheerleader Jordon Hudson, 48 years his junior, is helping the NFL coach have a new outlook on life, reported the U.S. Sun, which spoke to two sources close to the six-time Super Bowl champ.

Belichick, 72, who left the New England Patriots in January after 24 years, began dating Hudson, 24, a former competition-level cheerleader, last fall and the duo are already roomies after meeting on a flight from Boston to Florida in 2021.

The smitten duo have been seen together enjoying a romantic getaway at Belichick’s Nantucket, Mass., home and are even wearing matching rings.

Insiders said that despite the age gap, Belichick is enjoying “the simple life” after decades with the Patriots and so far his only job is as an ESPN pundit.

“This is another shot at youthfulness,” said a former Patriots colleague, who spoke to the U.S. Sun on the condition of anonymity.

The insider said that after “years of making the Pats his priority,” Belichick is now enjoying his freedom and the “simple things in life.

“I don’t know if he is looking to go back to coaching again, I may be wrong, but I think that he is realizing that there is more in life than just football,” added the insider.

Belichick split from his ex Linda Holliday last year and has yet to speak publicly about his new relationship.

His close pal told the U.S. Sun that he is now witnessing a “refreshing” side of Belichick and that this is more than a casual dalliance.

“I see this going far,” he admitted.

Hudson, who was a competitive cheerleader at Bridgewater State University, is said to have moved into Belichick’s house in Hingham, Mass., sometime around the new year and joined him on a recent trip to Croatia.

“She loves his jokes,” revealed another friend of Belichick’s. “You can see the connection. They are a solid duo, two peas in a pod.”

He said Belichick “doesn’t care” about what people think and Hudson has been a “breath of fresh air” following his Patriots firing.

“Bill is not stressing about getting another job as a coach or not and just living his best life,” said his pal.

“To be honest, I don’t think he would be frustrated if he doesn’t get a coaching job again. When you have a simple life and someone you like spending time with, it’s tough to interrupt that dynamic. We will see, but it’s hard for me to see him coaching again.”
